Owais Metal And Mineral Processing Limited — Board Meeting, 11-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Owais Metal and Mineral Processing Limited has noted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Nishita Rajeshkumar Gandhi effective November 15, 2024, and has approved the appointment of Ms. Parveen Qureshi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board acknowledged the resignation of Statutory Auditor M/s. J N S B & Co. effective December 5, 2024, and approved the appointment of M/s. Jay Gupta and Associates as the new Statutory Auditor, also subject to shareholder approval. The reconstitution of committees has been initiated following these changes.
