Dish TV India Limited — Board Meeting, 11-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Mayank Talwar and Mr. Gurinder Singh as Independent Directors. Both appointments will be effective upon receiving approval from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, adhering to the stipulated guidelines. Each director's term will last five years and is not subject to retirement by rotation. Mr. Talwar brings over 24 years of finance experience, mainly in the IT/ITES sector, while Mr. Singh has extensive expertise in managing critical projects in the industrial sector.
