Mr. Rajesh Tripathi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective November 18, 2024. He brings over 25 years of extensive experience in finance and accounts across various sectors, including real estate and manufacturing. Meanwhile, Mr. Sandeep Agarwal has resigned from his position as CFO to pursue other career opportunities, effective the same date. Following this transition, Mr. Tripathi will also assume the role of Key Managerial Personnel under applicable regulations.
