Ichnos Glenmark Innovation (IGI) presented compelling clinical data from its Phase 1 study of ISB 2001, a novel trispecific TREAT™ antibody designed for heavily pretreated patients with multiple myeloma. The trial, involving 20 patients, reported an impressive overall response rate (ORR) of 75% across all doses and 83% for those receiving active doses of 0.05 mg/kg or higher. Notably, there were no dose-limiting toxicities identified, with the safety profile deemed favorable compared to existing treatments.
