Ugro Capital Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 09-12-2024: Allotment of Securities

UGRO Capital Limited has announced the allotment of 189,393 equity shares following the conversion of warrants. Each share has a face value of ₹10 and was issued at a conversion price of ₹264, which includes a premium of ₹254. This allotment results in an increase of the company's equity share capital from ₹929.94 crore to ₹931.84 crore. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with the existing shares.
