Datamatics Global Services Limited — JV/Acquisition, 09-12-2024: Acquisition

Lumina Datamatics Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services Limited, has agreed to acquire 100% of TNQ Tech Private Limited, a digital publishing technology company based in Chennai, for an initial cash consideration of ₹336 crore. The acquisition will occur in two tranches, with 80% expected to close by December 31, 2024, and the final 20% by July 31, 2026. This strategic move aims to enhance Datamatics' capabilities in digital content services, increasing its global workforce to over 6,500 and solidifying its position among leading service providers in the publishing sector.
