This strategic acquisition, valued at ₹229.30 crore, will replace an existing lease arrangement and is expected to yield significant cost savings of ₹15.72 crore annually in lease rentals. With ownership, the company gains greater control over its critical operations, enhancing scalability and flexibility to support future growth. The hub is vital for handling around 3000 tons of cargo daily and is positioned strategically along the vital Mumbai-Bengaluru corridor, ideal for connecting to southern and northern regions.
