The Fund-raising Committee of Wonderla Holidays Limited has approved the allotment of 68,35,444 equity shares at an issue price of ₹790 per share, leading to a total fundraising of ₹540 crores. This allotment, made to qualified institutional buyers, increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital from ₹565.73 crores to ₹634.09 crores. The shareholding pattern before and after the issue will be submitted with the listing application.
