International Conveyors Limited — Board Meeting, 06-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Shri Yogesh Kajaria as an Additional (Executive) Director and designated him as the Chairman & Managing Director for a term of three years, effective immediately, pending shareholder approval. The board also approved the postal ballot procedure for seeking this approval. Additionally, it noted the cessation of Shri R. K. Dabriwala as Managing Director and his roles in various committees. Kajaria will also chair the CSR Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
