G R Infraprojects Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-12-2024: Allotment of Securities

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 18,864 equity shares under the G R Infraprojects Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2021. Employees can exercise these options at an exercise price of Rs. 1,000 each, raising a total of Rs. 1.88 crore (cr). The options were exercised, and there are now 96,740,307 shares outstanding post-allotment. This ESOP aims to motivate employees, reduce attrition, and align their interests with long-term company growth.
