Delta Corp Limited — Board Meeting, 06-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Delta Corp Limited has approved a revised Composite Scheme of Arrangement. This scheme will demerge the company's Hospitality and Real Estate Business, with the Dhargal Project being transferred to a wholly-owned subsidiary, Deltin Hotel & Resorts Private Limited. The remaining hospitality assets will be consolidated into Delta Penland Private Limited. Additionally, Deltin Cruises and Entertainment Private Limited will be merged with Delta Corp. This restructuring aims to enhance operational efficiency and focus on strategic growth, particularly in the upcoming Dhargal Project.

The financial turnover of the newly structured entities will be opportunities for improved capital access and dedicated management strategies post-approval by regulatory authorities.
