Landmark Cars Limited has executed an Asset Transfer Agreement to acquire an existing Kia Showroom business located in Bowenpally, Hyderabad. This move follows Kia India's approval for Landmark to operate a Kia showroom in the region, marking the company’s second Kia showroom in Hyderabad and its fifth in the country. The new installation will fall under M/s Landmark Premium Cars Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Landmark Cars. This strategic expansion reinforces Landmark's commitment to strengthening its presence in established markets. Currently, Landmark operates seven outlets in Hyderabad, featuring brands like Kia, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Mercedes-Benz. This initiative is expected to enhance Landmark's market position and bolster its growth trajectory, providing a positive outlook for future operations.
