Waaree Energies has secured NABL accreditation for its Advanced Testing Lab located at the Chikhli facility in Gujarat. This marks the company’s second NABL accreditation, following a previous one for its Tumb manufacturing facility. The accreditation, awarded under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, confirms the lab’s capability to deliver precise and reliable testing results across a wide range of parameters, including thermal cycling and mechanical load. This development aims to augment Waaree's production standards and testing capabilities, thereby enhancing its ability to certify larger volumes of solar modules in India, reducing dependence on foreign testing laboratories. CEO Dr. Amit Paithankar emphasized that this milestone not only strengthens Waaree's position in the solar sector but also supports India’s ambition to become a global hub for solar manufacturing and export. The company's commitment to high-quality solar solutions is further solidified by this achievement, paving the way for greater international demand and exports.
