Zota Health Care Limited has completed the allotment of 1,63,425 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 509 each, following the conversion of warrants by 17 non-promoter investors. The total funds raised amount to approximately Rs. 6.24 Cr. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity capital from Rs. 27.41 Cr to Rs. 27.57 Cr, resulting in a total of 2,75,71,046 equity shares outstanding. Post-allotment, 24,81,411 warrants remain available for further conversions.
