The Board of Directors of E2E Networks Limited has convened a meeting and approved several key decisions. Notably, Ms. Shrimati Ambastha and Mr. Prashant Jain have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, pending shareholder approval. The company has also allotted 29,79,579 equity shares to Larsen & Toubro Limited at an issue price of ₹3,622.25 each, aggregating to ₹1,079.28 crore, increasing the paid-up equity share capital accordingly.
