DCM Financial Services Limited — Board Meeting, 04-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has convened and approved the reconstitution of several committees. Mr. Sanjay Sahni is appointed Chairperson of the Audit Committee, while Ms. Richa Kalra remains a member. Ms. Honey Agarwal takes over as Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with Ms. Kalra and Mr. Sahni as members. Additionally, Ms. Agarwal is now the Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Ms. Kalra continues as a member. Notably, Mrs. Nidhi Deveshwar has resigned from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as well as from the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
