Brightcom Group Limited — Board Meeting, 04-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Brightcom Group Limited has approved the appointment of two Non-Executive Independent Directors: Mr. Paladugu Venkata Subba Rao and Mrs. Deepika Daliya, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM. The board also reconstituted its committees, incorporating the new directors. Additionally, Ms. Shweta Singh has been appointed as the Company Secretary. A meeting is scheduled for the review and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2024.
