Mankind Pharma Limited — Board Meeting, 03-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the disposal of the Company's partnership interest in Mankind Specialties to Vascare Sciences Private Limited for a consideration of approximately ₹ 4 Crores. Mr. Ashish Mittal has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Additionally, Mr. Mittal and Mr. Ashutosh Dhawan are authorized to communicate material events to the Stock Exchanges. The transaction and new appointment are expected to enhance the Company's operational focus and governance framework.
