Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for its new property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, located in Kufri, Himachal Pradesh. This hotel, to be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is set to open in FY 2026. The facility will feature 49 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a terrace bar lounge, a meeting room, a fitness center, and banquet facilities.

Kufri is known for its stunning natural beauty and offers various recreational activities, including skiing and trekking. The hotel is conveniently accessible from Shahid Bhagat Singh International Airport and the Chandigarh Railway Station.
