Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 02-12-2024: Offer for sale

Equivas Capital Private Limited has initiated an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1.45 crore equity shares of Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited. The non-retail segment will take place on December 2, 2024, followed by the retail segment on December 3, 2024. Due to low subscription, 1.14 crore shares from the non-retail category will be carried forward for retail bidding, increasing the total available shares to 1.29 crore for retail investors. Bids for 16.48 lakh shares received on the first day will be accepted.
