Nazara Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting outcome, where key resolutions were approved for significant investments. The company plans to invest up to ₹43.70 Cr in Funky Monkeys for a 60% stake, transforming it into a subsidiary. Additionally, ₹64.00 Cr will be infused into Nodwin Gaming via Optionally Convertible Preference Shares, while ₹15.00 Cr is earmarked for Datawrkz through Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares. Investments of ₹4.17 Cr in LearnTube and ₹69.17 Cr in Absolute Sports through acquisition of shares were also approved, with the latter gaining full ownership post-transaction completion.
