A wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited, named Kurnool III PS RE Transmission Limited, has been incorporated to facilitate the transmission system strengthening at Kurnool-III PS for additional renewable energy generation integration. PFC Consulting Limited has been appointed by the Ministry of Power as the Bid Process Coordinator for selecting a bidder as the Transmission Service Provider through a Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process. This SPV will handle various preparatory activities such as land acquisition and forest clearance. Following the successful bidding process, the SPV will be transferred to the selected bidder for the project’s development.
