Neueon Towers Limited — Board Meeting, 02-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board Meeting resulted in several key appointments and structural changes. Mr. Vijayendra Santharam Seranyan Pasumarthi and Mr. Purusothama Reddy Marrikunta were appointed as Additional Directors, with the latter serving in an Independent capacity. Mr. Sudheer Rayachoti has been appointed as Chairman. The new Board of Directors aligns with compliance requirements. Additionally, the Board reviewed the approved Resolution Plan by the NCLT and authorized relevant officials for its implementation. The Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees were constituted. Mr. Subrat Sahoo and Mr. Vemulapalli Naveen Babu were appointed as Company Secretary and CFO, respectively. The Board also approved the draft report for FY 2023-24 and set the 17th AGM for December 31, 2024.
