AXISCADES Technologies Ltd. has announced a strategic restructuring of its defence-focused subsidiaries, Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiencies and leverage synergies in line with evolving market demands. The restructuring, set to be completed by Q4 FY25, will integrate operations of the two entities, with Mistral focusing on becoming a key player in the Defence and AI sectors, targeting a revenue split of 60% from Defence and 40% from hypergrowth areas.

The new strategy includes increasing program numbers and revenue per program primarily through engagement with DRDO and Defence PSUs. Mistral, already a prime supplier for various defence platforms, is set to expand its portfolio in unmanned combat and logistical platforms, having successfully delivered over 75 anti-drone systems to the Indian Army. Additionally, Mistral will reposition as a "Chip to Product" company, emphasizing AI-driven solutions while targeting growth in sectors such as Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, Healthcare, and Hyperscalers. This restructuring is a significant step towards ensuring a robust and scalable global presence in high-growth sectors.
