Brightcom Group Limited — Board Meeting, 30-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Brightcom Group Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Paladugu Venkata Subba Rao and Mrs. Deepika Daliya as Non-Executive Independent Directors, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The board also reconstituted its committees to include these new directors. Additionally, Ms. Shweta Singh has been appointed as the whole-time Company Secretary. The Audit Committee and Board are set to meet to review and publish the financial results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2024.
