Sammaan Capital Limited has received ₹18.18 crore from shareholders for the final call on 18,17,874 partly paid-up rights equity shares following a final reminder notice. A meeting of the Securities Issuance and Investment Committee approved the conversion of these shares into fully paid-up equity shares, totaling ₹3,663 crore received out of the ₹3,693 crore issue size, representing 99.18% collection.
