The Board of C.E. Info Systems Limited has approved several strategic investments aimed at enhancing its technology portfolio. The company will invest ₹3 Crore to acquire a 9.37% stake in SimDaaS Autonomy Private Limited, which focuses on simulation-driven development for autonomous systems. Additionally, it will invest ₹2 Crore for a 19.84% stake in Kaiinos GeoSpatial Technologies Private Limited, specializing in intelligent systems for GIS. The Board also sanctioned an investment of ₹35 Crore in Compulsorily Convertible Debentures for a new B2C venture led by Mr. Rohan Verma, who will transition to an executive role in this new entity by April 2025.
