Life Insurance Corporation Of India — Important, 29-11-2024: General Updates

In continuation of our earlier filing vide ref. no.: LIC/SE/2024-25/92 dated September 02, 2024, this is to inform that Life Insurance Corporation of India ( the Corporation ) has filed an appeal with GST Appellate Authority, Uttarakhand against the order demanding GST of Rs 5,77,00,367/- for FY 2019-20 along with interest of Rs. 27,71,80,983/-and penalty of Rs. 57,70,036/- issued by Commissioner, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
