Macrotech Developers Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Janus Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited (JLIPPL) for ₹47.94 crore. This acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance its annuity income through Digital Infrastructure, specifically in the industrial and logistics sector under the Lodha Industrial and Logistics Park brand. JLIPPL, which has no turnover and was established in December 2022, will become a wholly owned subsidiary, allowing Macrotech to strengthen its operational capabilities in the logistics space. This move is expected to contribute positively to the company's growth trajectory.
