DLF Info City Developers (Kolkata) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Cyber City Developers, has entered into a definitive agreement to transfer its Kolkata Tech Park business to RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP for approximately ₹637 crore (Rupees Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Crore). The Kolkata Tech Park, one of the largest IT parks in eastern India, boasts a gross leasable area of around 1.49 million square feet and holds LEED Platinum certification. This sale reflects DLF’s strategy to enhance shareholder value through divestment of non-core assets while also aligning with Primarc & RDB Group’s growth and sustainability objectives in Bengal’s tech ecosystem.
