Strides Pharma Science Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 29-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors has allotted 2,04,500 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to eligible employees who exercised stock options under the Strides ESOP 2016 Plan. Following this allotment, the paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 91.96 Cr, consisting of 9,19,58,214 equity shares, to Rs. 92.16 Cr with a total of 9,21,62,714 equity shares. These newly issued shares rank equally with the existing equity shares of the company.
