NODWIN Gaming, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has acquired Trinity Gaming in a deal valued at INR 24 Crore. This strategic purchase will integrate Trinity's agency operations, YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN), and Meta Creator Service Provider (CSP) into NODWIN’s portfolio. The acquisition involves a combination of cash and stock swap, with payments of INR 4.8 Crore in cash and INR 19.2 Crore in NODWIN shares.

Trinity Gaming, founded in 2019, manages over 1,000 content creators and is known for its strong partnerships with major brands. This acquisition is poised to enhance NODWIN’s capabilities in the gaming content ecosystem, expanding its reach into new markets across Africa and Southeast Asia. As part of the transaction, Trinity’s founders will continue to lead the newly integrated business unit.
