Jindal Stainless Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 28-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

Jindal Stainless Limited has approved the allotment of 3,35,000 equity shares to the JSL Employee Welfare Trust under the JSL-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023. The shares, with a face value of Rs. 2 each, will subsequently be transferred to eligible employees upon exercise of options. The paid-up share capital of the company now stands at Rs. 1,64,75,39,176, divided into 82,37,69,588 equity shares. The exercise price for the Employee Stock Options is Rs. 285.65 per share, while Restricted Stock Units are priced at Rs. 2 per share.
