Utkarsh Small Finance Bank has approved the allotment of 10,500 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Subordinated, Redeemable Lower Tier II Bonds, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000, amounting to a total of ₹105 Crore. The bonds offer a coupon rate of 10.90% per annum, payable quarterly, and have a tenure of seven years. The bank is currently finalizing the listing of these debentures on BSE. This issuance will enhance the bank's capital structure and strengthen its financial position.
