Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Limited for the development of a 10-acre land parcel in NOIDA. The project aims to construct an institutional complex featuring approximately 8.71 Lakh sq ft of built-up area, combining office space, studio apartments, conference facilities, and retail areas. NBCC will manage the project from concept to commissioning. This collaboration could enhance HUDCO's portfolio and expand its operational footprint, presenting a positive outlook for investors as the company seeks to leverage its real estate assets effectively.
