Beta Drugs Limited — Board Meeting, 27-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board has approved the allotment of 70 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹1,653.40 each and 707,651 compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) at the same price to investors including Healthquad Fund II and Inti Capital. The articles of association have been restated to align with a recently executed shareholders' agreement, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Sanjay Sehgal and Mr. Ajay Mahipal were appointed as additional non-executive directors. An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for December 21 to seek shareholder approval for these matters.
