Aster DM Healthcare Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire an additional 13% stake in its subsidiary, Prerana Hospital Limited, raising its ownership from 87% to 100%. This acquisition, which will be executed in two tranches and requires board approval, is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025. The current paid-up capital of Prerana Hospital is ₹41.40 crore, with an annual turnover of ₹120.56 crore for FY 2023-24. The acquisition aligns with Aster's growth and diversification strategy, enhancing its presence in the healthcare sector. The fully owned subsidiary will leverage Aster's strengths, projecting a revenue CAGR of approximately 18%-20% for the India business from FY25 to FY29.
