BLS International has made several strategic acquisitions through its subsidiaries, significantly expanding its portfolio. BLS International Services Singapore has acquired 100% of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting, focusing on potential market expansion in China with a turnover of CNY 1,00,61,966. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, BLS International FZE, subscribed to 51% of BLS UK Hotels, recently established and with a share capital of £20,000. Additionally, BLS E-Services has acquired a 57% stake in Aadifidelis Solutions for approximately Rs. 77.85 Crore, enhancing its footprint in the loan distribution sector in India, where ASPL reported a turnover of Rs. 489.8 Crore for FY 2023-24. These moves are positioned to drive growth and diversify BLS's core offerings.
