IndoStar Capital Finance Limited has announced the allotment of 13,949,323 warrants to BCP V Multiple Holdings Pte Ltd, a promoter, through a preferential private placement. Each warrant is priced at ₹184, with a total consideration received amounting to ₹2,053,340,346 (80% of the total subscription of ₹2,566,675,432). Upon conversion, the equity shares from these warrants will be listed on BSE and NSE, enhancing the capital structure of the company.
