Tejas Networks has allotted 1,58,063 equity shares following the exercise of stock options by eligible employees under various stock option plans. This includes allocations from the Employees Stock Option Plan 2014, 2016, and Restricted Stock Unit Plans 2017 and 2022. As a result, the company's paid-up share capital has increased to ₹ 1,75,67,77,870, divided into 17,56,77,787 equity shares.
