Nureca Limited has completed strategic acquisitions of shares in three significant companies: Bajaj Finserv Limited for Rs. 1.28 cr, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited for Rs. 2.80 cr, and Reliance Industries Limited for Rs. 1.23 cr. The acquisitions include 8,000 shares of Bajaj Finserv, 16,000 shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank, and 10,000 shares of Reliance, marking an investment decision rather than a related party transaction.

Bajaj Finserv, incorporated in 2007, reported a turnover of Rs. 16,992 mn for 2024, up from Rs. 10,764 mn in 2023. Kotak Mahindra Bank, established in 1985, posted a turnover of Rs. 4,57,989 mn in 2024, growing from Rs. 3,42,508 mn the previous year. Reliance Industries, operational since 1973, had a turnover of Rs. 5,47,942 mn in 2024, continuing its upward trend.
