As of the record date, the company's issued and paid-up capital decreased from 2,22,63,361 shares to 2,15,60,922 shares, reducing total paid-up capital from ₹ 1113.17 Cr to ₹ 1078.05 Cr. Post-buyback, promoters hold 53.27% of shares, while foreign investors' share increased to 46.73%.
