Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 22-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

Emcure Pharmaceuticals has approved the allotment of 3,33,500 equity shares at ₹10 each to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. This exercise of vested options has raised the total issued and paid-up share capital from 18,90,98,347 shares (₹189.09 Cr) to 18,94,31,847 shares (₹189.43 Cr). The newly allotted shares will have equal rights as existing shares.
