Suzlon Energy Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 22-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

Suzlon Energy Limited has approved the allotment of 6,64,000 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 (ESOP 2022) at an exercise price of Rs. 5 per share, resulting in funds raised of Rs. 33,20,000. The shares will be issued in dematerialised form and are allocated to eligible employees and subsidiaries. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up capital increases to Rs. 2729.46 crore, with a total of 1364.73 crore fully paid-up equity shares outstanding.
