During the 24th AGM of Brightcom Group Limited held via video conference, key resolutions were discussed and approved. The audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024, along with the Board of Directors' and Auditors' reports, were adopted. Mr. Raghu Allamsetty was reappointed as Executive Director, along with several new appointments for Independent Directors, including Dr. Chandrika Sethu Sharma and Mr. Ram Sharma. M/s. A. V. R. S.
