GIC Housing Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 21-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

GIC Housing Finance Ltd. has allotted 60,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, amounting to ₹600 Crore. These NCDs have a face value of ₹1,00,000 each and are split between two series: Series 08 - Option 1, which is ₹300 Crore with an interest rate of 8.25% p.a., and Series 08 - Option 2, also ₹300 Crore at 8.28% p.a. The NCDs are set to be listed on BSE Limited, enhancing GIC's funding capabilities.
