Barbeque Nation MENA Holding Limited has made a complete cash investment of LKR 24.53 crore in its step-down subsidiary, Barbeque Nation Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, acquiring 100% ownership. This strategic move aims to establish and fund the restaurant operations of Barbeque - Lanka, in alignment with the company’s core business in food services. While Barbeque - Lanka has yet to commence operations, this investment positions Barbeque Nation for market expansion in Sri Lanka, potentially enhancing its regional footprint and operational synergies.
