UPL Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss a rights issue of up to ₹3,377.74 Cr, involving the issuance of 9,38,25,955 partly paid-up equity shares at a price of ₹360 each. The record date for determining eligibility is set for November 26, 2024, with the rights issue opening on December 5, 2024, and closing on December 17, 2024.
