The total demand includes ineligible input tax credit of Rs. 40.11 lakh, along with a penalty of Rs. 3.64 lakh and further interest calculations resulting from delayed GSTR-3B filings, amounting to Rs. 72.27 lakh.

Despite these demands, the company states there is no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
