JSW Steel Italy SrL has signed a Commercial Agreement with Metinvest Adria S.p.A., strengthening cooperation based on a prior MoU with the Ministry of Industries and Made in Italy. As part of this agreement, Metinvest will pay a release fee of €30 million to JSW Steel Italy Piombino SpA.
